How strong are your scents?

Our candles are designed to fill small to medium-sized rooms. Scent strength can vary depending on room size and air flow. For larger areas, we recommend pairing with our room sprays or diffusers. We have great reviews wrt to our scents and they linger on.

Do you make custom candles or gifting options?

Yes! We offer custom labels, personalised gifting, event favours, and themed packaging to suit any occasion. Reach out to us and we’ll design something special within your budget.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Absolutely. We welcome wholesale orders for boutiques, spas, hospitality, and corporate gifting. Contact us for pricing and lead times.

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Please provide a photo and proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, used candles and opened room sprays cannot be returned.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. This preserves fragrance and wax quality.
