While we strive to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that issues can sometimes arise. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives broken, melted, or leaking due to transit.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product or scent from what you ordered.

Please note: Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we do not accept returns for a change of mind, scent preference, or for items that have been used.

Time Frame for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Your notification must include clear photographs of the item(s), the packaging, and any damage or incorrect product received.

Return Shipping

  • If your return is approved due to damage or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If a product is returned without cause (e.g., it is not damaged or incorrect), return shipping is at the customer’s expense and the item may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds or Replacements

Once we assess your return request:

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
  • Exchanges will be shipped as soon as the return is approved and confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
